It is the client's responsibility to ensure the compatibility of these formats with their systems. We are not responsible for compatibility issues outside the agreed-upon formats. When ordering printed items from Pixel & Paper Media, please be aware that slight variations in color, alignment, or finish may occur due to differences among printing vendors. These normal variations do not constitute defects. Once a proof is approved by the client, Pixel & Paper Media is not liable for errors in spelling, layout, or design. 8. intellectual property

All designs created by Pixel & Paper Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unless a commercial license is purchased, designs may not be resold, redistributed, or used beyond the agreed scope of the project. 9. cancellations & refunds

Due to the custom nature of our design work, all sales are final at Pixel & Paper Media. Refunds are not provided once a project has commenced or digital files have been delivered. Please ensure you are fully committed before initiating a project with us.
