Because all Pixel & Paper Media services are custom-made, all sales are final.

1. Digital Design Services

Refunds are not provided after work has begun or digital files have been delivered.

2. Print Products

Refunds are not offered once a client approves a proof. Pixel & Paper Media is not responsible for:

• Typos or layout issues approved by the client

• Variations in color or material caused by printers

• Delivery delays by third-party vendors

3. Cancellation

If a project is canceled before any work begins, a refund may be issued minus any processing fees.

4. Reprints

If an error is caused by Pixel & Paper Media, we will provide one complimentary correction or reprint.

Shipping & delivery policy
